White Label Resume Review for Career Coaches: What to Look For
How to choose a branded resume and LinkedIn review tool that brings you clients instead of replacing you.

AI resume tools are everywhere, and many career coaches worry that they replace the coach. Used the right way, a white label review does the opposite: it brings people to you who already know they need help.
Here is what to look for when you pick one.
1. It is really under your brand
Your attendees should see your name, logo and colours on the page, in the email and in the PDF. Not a small "powered by" next to someone else's product. If a job seeker can sign up with the tool directly, it competes with you.
2. It diagnoses, it does not rewrite
A tool that rewrites the resume for free gives away your paid work. Look for a report that shows the score, the signals a hiring manager looks for and the biggest gap, and stops there. The fix is your program.
3. It reads like your audience's reader
An executive resume is read by an executive recruiter. A UK CV is read by a UK recruiter who expects CV, not resume. A graduate is read by an HR manager screening hundreds of applications. The report should take the reader's view of your audience, in your wording.
4. It ends with your next step
Every report should end with your booking link or your program, and you should be able to see how many readers click it. Without that number you cannot tell whether the tool brings clients.
5. It fits where your people already are
Webinar chat, course portal, ad landing page, email list or your own website. A shareable page plus a one line embed covers almost every funnel without a developer.
6. Data is handled properly
Ask where CVs are stored and for how long, and whether the AI provider trains on them. A good answer: stored in the EU for a few days so a report can be checked, then deleted, on a paid AI API that does not train on the data.
7. Pricing follows your size
A solo coach testing it needs a small monthly pack. A high ticket program needs it built into the funnel and tuned to the method. A program that gives every student a report needs volume pricing per cohort. Avoid paying per single review: it makes every upload feel like a cost instead of a lead.
